Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is included.
Can I pay to have expedited shipping?
We only offer standard shipping, for which there is no charge to you.
How do I know if my item has been shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
How long will the shipping take?
Orders will begin shipping in early December and take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive from time of shipping.
What should I do if I have problems with shipping?
If you have any problems with shipping, please reach out to our shipping customer
service team at qdperry@stephengould.com. They will be available from Monday
through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and you can expect a response within 48 business hours.
Can I exchange/return my item?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (failure to be delivered or
damage during shipping) you may be eligible for a refund or replacement (based on
availability). Please contact shipping@sobepromos.com to initiate the process.
